Official Marion County records must be requested from the agency or court that maintains them. This privately operated resource has no access to government files and cannot retrieve, amend, or certify a record. The contacts provided here route court requests to the correct circuit clerk, jail and booking requests to the Sheriff, local reports to the creating police department, and statewide criminal-history requests to Missouri’s central repository.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private resource cannot obtain official criminal records, perform government checks, correct or close a record, or receive an expungement filing. Only the responsible public office can act on those requests.
